SIGMA7 promotes Miroslaw (Mike) Steckiewicz, P.E., to Associate upon passing PE Exam

The office, designed by the SIGMA7 architectural and engineering team, is an open loft concept featuring the great bones of the historic Mercantile Building structure.

Our extensive office search process culminated with the selection of in the ‘Mercantile Building’ at 10 East 40^th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.

After a nearly yearlong qualifications and selection process with the State of Connecticut Division of Construction Services, SIGMA7 and Bartlett Brainard Eacott (designer and builder respectively) were selected to design and implement the new Capitol Area System Thermal Plant.
