TCH - Office Renovation and Expansion - Dallas, TX

Summary: SIGMA7’s redesign of The Clearing House Payments Company, LLC expanded Dallas office revitalized this work environment into a dynamic, lively, and well-lit workspace that is inviting, supports collaboration, and increased employee satisfaction and productivity.
SIGMA7 was commissioned by The Clearing House Payments Company, LLC (TCH) to transform their recently acquired Dallas, TX office space following their acquisition of a small financial technology company. The design team achieved their goal of creating a dynamic environment that is lively, well-lit, and conducive to teamwork. This renovation revitalized the workspace, by creating a more inviting and collaborative space for all members of the team.
This financial technology company acquired a small company in Dallas to augment their financial compliance and Fin-Tech platform options. As part of their incorporation, the existing office was expanded and completely renovated in keeping with the branding of The Clearing House Payments Co, it's standards, goals, mission, and vision.
Following SIGMA7’s inventory of the existing space and a determination of their office and workstation needs, the design team prepared a holistic program for the space. Options for the layout, design, fit and finish of the space were developed, presented, and selected for implementation after minor adjustments and refinements.
The existing hard walled offices were consolidated; the heavy wood doors and solid gypsum board partitions were dismantled and replaced with frameless glass office fronts and doors. The result of this change alone created an open space that provide views of the skyline in addition to the distribution and sharing natural light for all – not just for the select few in the closed offices.
Meeting spaces were outfitted with AV/IT hardware and technology, along with other tools to facilitate improvements to collaboration within the office as well as with other offices throughout the US. Each of the teaming rooms were outfitted with bold graphics featuring iconic images of Dallas and the surrounding area.
Design elements were incorporated into the space to further emphasize the Client’s specialized and unique financial technology focus.
Significant upgrades to the mechanical system were also implemented as part of this renovation including improved air filtration, ultra-violet treatment of the air-stream, an increase in airflow, and air changes These improvements were proactively taken in the interest of employee health and well-being.
